When you have faults you need a manual. Together we will write the manual of how to create energy and discover a healthy relationship with it.
£50 per hour
We recommend a minimum of 4 sessions per month.
If finances are an issue, we maybe able to offer a reduced fee.
MOVEMENT
Reconstructing the relationship with your body developing delicious movement, food and rest.
A customised and continually developing programme increasing mobility, flexibility, strength and power. From yoga to marathons to gymnastic and back.
We use this hour to give your body what it needs today so you can do more tomorrow.
The focus is to gently improve the relationship with the body so you feel comfortable and confident to walk into any class, club or gym and own the space….and if you’re not quite there then I’ll go with you. You now have your body as the best friend you never knew you had. Trust me, dream big, your body will surprise in every session.
NUTRITION
From the ingredients through to the weekly schedule we’re going to write the diet plan your mind and body has been waiting for. Over time we’ll renegotiate the relationship with food. You will gain a far greater understanding of nutrition and what it means to you and your body.
Whats the difference between appetite and hunger? Nutrition and diet? What is my optimal diet?
What we consume becomes the building blocks for what we do and who we are. Knowing how food affects purpose ensures that eating and drinking well is a pleasure and never again a worry. If you want to know how much you value you….look at what is on your plate.
RECOVERY
Whether it’s the recovery of the body, increasing your memory, ordering and filing the day away, sleep is fundamental to growth and survival. Sleep is the anti-aging night-nurse of nature.
Getting the results of your efforts in life eg. weight loss, study, muscle gain, job promotion or finding the right partner hinges on your ability to know how to sleep well.
Not everyone is an early riser, not everyone is a night owl but with a curated evening-shut down routine, morning start-up and the meditation techniques through the day you can get the recovery your efforts deserve.
