Being ‘healthy’ is not a choice, it’s a responsibility. A responsibility to you, your family and to all the people who got you here. 

My role is to understand you. My job is not to tell you what to do with your life. I set weekly exercises so that I can understand you better and from there we can set meaningful goals. That said, there are rules. You have to be willing to make small adjustments in each area of your health.

I love what I do, I have found what I was put here to do.

I provide a service which puts a complex jigsaw together in a simple way. Bringing the pieces of the jigsaw together reveals a map and from that map clients go to places they never thought impossible. And I get to go on the ride!

I saw my mother pass from a horrific disease because the focus was placed on one area of her health. By orienting each area of your health toward a meaningful goal and constructing a personal health manual we can lengthen your lifespan and health-span.

There is no need to suffer, there is a solution and I’ll be in your corner each step of the way.
